How ConductSpeech handles your data, audio recordings, and analysis results.

Information We Process

ConductSpeech processes user account details such as name, email, organization, and plan status. When you upload audio recordings, we process them for transcription and language analysis. We store transcripts, computed metrics, normative comparisons, and generated reports.

Client Data

Users control the client records and audio recordings they upload to ConductSpeech. Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before recording and uploading client sessions, and for complying with applicable privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA) governing their practice.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to authenticate users, process audio transcription, compute language metrics, generate clinical reports, produce exports, and provide support. ConductSpeech is a clinical support tool and not a diagnostic service.

Retention and Deletion

Analysis data remains available to the user until deleted via platform controls or support workflows. Backup copies may persist for operational recovery windows. Users should export required data before requesting deletion.

Security

The platform uses authenticated sessions, encrypted data storage, server-side processing, and operational monitoring. Audio recordings are processed and stored securely. Users should evaluate whether the platform meets their organization's compliance requirements.
