These terms define the scope of ConductSpeech so users understand what the platform provides, its limitations, and where responsibilities lie.
Clinical Support Tool
ConductSpeech is offered as an AI-powered language sample analysis platform for speech-language pathologists and researchers. It is not a medical diagnosis product, regulated-clinical workflow, or FDA-cleared system. All results should be reviewed by a qualified professional.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of transcriptions, metrics, and generated reports. ConductSpeech assists clinical workflows but does not replace professional judgment. Users must comply with applicable privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA) when uploading client recordings.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the service, bypass plan enforcement, or represent ConductSpeech as providing diagnostic conclusions. AI-generated reports and IEP goal suggestions are intended as drafts requiring professional review before use in clinical documentation.
Plans and Billing
Free, Clinician ($29/mo), School ($19/seat/mo), and Research ($49/mo) are the current public offers. Paid entitlements, expiration dates, and support terms are governed by the applicable subscription agreement.
