Exports
CSV export of metrics, normative data, and transcripts is available on paid plans. Users should validate export formats before relying on them for clinical documentation or research publications.
Retention Expectations
Users should define their own retention schedule and archive policy for exported data. Platform retention may include operational copies and backups needed for service continuity and support.
Support and Recovery
ConductSpeech includes support access for account and subscription troubleshooting, plus backup and restore for service continuity. Users should maintain their own exported copies of critical data.
